Success Night at Hawthorne

What does success look like?  That's what nearly 600 parents and friends lined up to see at Hawthorne Elementary at the school's first "Success Night."  The event featured artwork, stories, and other projects displayed from all students to show how and why they feel successful at school.

Students invited those closest to them to celebrate their accomplishments and to foster a sense of belonging at the school.  Indian Tacos from Watecha Bowl and Sweetgrass Soapery (two Native-owned businesses) greeted guests with food and prizes.
