Whittier WEB Leaders were able to experience leadership on the city level. They met with Mayor TenHaken, as well as a panel of city leaders, who answered questions, gave advice & shared stories. After visiting City Hall, WEB Leaders toured the Dakota News Now facility, seeing how the news is gathered, developed & produced. #WhittierInTheWild

On Tuesday this week, all 8th graders traveled to the Convention Center for the Junior Achievement Inspire Career Fair. Students were able to touch a cow’s heart and lungs, climb in the driver’s seat of a big rig, and wear 75 pounds of firefighting gear! #WhittierInTheWild

BUS UPDATE: Starting Tuesday, November 12, students riding the PM bus MUST have a bus pass to enter the bus. Students will be denied entrance to the PM bus if they don’t have their bus pass. If students need a replacement bus pass, please visit the Main Office ($5).
