
Fabulous Friday was....Fabulous!


SBA RISE Music Concert was a huge success! Thank you to the teachers, kids, and Mrs. Kempf for all the hard work!


SBA honored 45 students for the SOARing Eagle Awards for 4th quarter.


Teachers in their first two years teaching in the SFSD are part of a training program. They got to end the year with a celebration. We love our teachers!


SBA 5th grades took a field trip to the Middle School they will be attending next year. They got the opportunity to meet some staff, take a tour, and see their classrooms for next year!

SBA 4th grade went on their field trip to the Washington Pavilion on Monday. Students also attended the Cinedome and watched a movie about dinosaurs.


Kindergarten took their field trip to the zoo. It was a perfect day with weather and a great day for learning. Thanks to our parent volunteers for all your help!


During Teacher Appreciation Week, the Education Foundation surprises 25 teachers with a six-pack of cupcakes. The cupcakes are created just for Teacher Appreciation Week by Oh My Cupcakes!
We ran a social media contest earlier this week, and individuals could nominate teachers to receive cupcakes. Allison Engel was selected to receive a sweet treat at SBA!


May 5th-9th is Teacher Appreciation Week! Big thanks to every teacher out there helping to educate our future!


5th Grade practiced some marching band in the halls!


5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th graders had a successful performance at the Patrick Henry Band Festival Spectacular. The future Lincoln High School band!


SBA 5th graders will be performing at the Patrick Henry Band Festival Spectacular. Tonight at Lincoln High School at 6:00 PM.

4th and 5th grade attended the Magic of Recycling show. A hilarious show that also talks about the importance of recycling.

5th graders had a Band Concert on April 15. Amazing how far they have come in a year!




4th & 5th grade Orchestra Concert was a great success on April 15th.




5th Grade won the donut party for raising the most money on Monday and Tuesday!


Mrs. Pesicka got soaked 6 times on Friday due to each grade making their goal!


The top classes to earn snow cones for the most money raised over the weekend are: K02, 103, 303, 402, 502. Congratulations!
