Sioux Falls Fire and Avera teamed up to present a fire safety puppet show to our Renberg Kindergarteners! October is Fire Safety Month! Please check your smoke detectors!
Kindergarten has been learning about folktales in Library. This week the focus was on "The Three Little Pigs." During book check out time they were challenged to build a brick house for the pigs out of Legos. Our young Bobcats are very creative!

🏃➡️ Bobcat Bolt Fun Run Success! 🏃
Our students had a great time participating in the Bobcat Bolt Fun Run! This event is our favorite fundraiser . It’s a chance for students to be active, have fun, and show their Bobcat pride.

Bobcats Are Rocking Respect! 🐾
We had our first school-wide assembly to celebrate all the Respect happening at Renberg! During the assembly, we recognized our Students of the Month, Classes of the Month, and many other Bobcats who demonstrated outstanding respect throughout September.
Our focus on Respect will continue into October, and we’re so proud of our students’ efforts that we’re celebrating with a Hat Day on Wednesday, October 1st!
Way to go, Bobcats — keep showing that Respect and making Renberg a place where everyone belongs! 💙💛

Last week, Renberg’s 1st graders had a fun week of learning! They played an addition game where they compared two numbers, and they shared their very first writing stories during circle time.

Renberg's 101 students began their Friday with a fist bump greeting to pump them up for the day! They also reviewed and discussed expectations for following directions.

We are excited to support The Barrel House's all-day Hungry Hearts Fundraiser benefiting the Angel Fund, which helps ensure every student in the Sioux Falls School District has access to a meal. Come out and enjoy some great food, fun activities (dunk tanks, bouncy house, axe throwing, and more!), and make a difference for our students! Hope to see you there!
