🎃 Exciting news, Oscar Howe community! The PTA is thrilled to announce our Pumpkin Decorating Contest! 🖌️✨
Bring your creatively decorated pumpkins to the office on October 21st or 22nd. 🎉 Pumpkins will be judged on October 23rd. They will be displayed in the library through Friday the 25th. Students will take their pumpkins home with them on the 25th.
Remember, no carving allowed—just pure creativity! We can’t wait to see your masterpieces! 🏆🍂 #OscarHowePTA #PumpkinDecoratingContest

Our amazing fourth graders have been hard at work in science class, diving into the world of renewable energy! They designed and redesigned their very own wind turbines, learning all about aerodynamics and engineering in the process.

Wednesday is Wild Wave Wednesday (dress like you are going to the beach or favorite character from a water movie)
Students in 4th grade started their math unit on data collection and representation last week. They collected data on how many successful water bottle flips students could complete, then worked together to create a line plot to represent it. Way to show that you are part of the PACK 4th grade!!

We will once again be helping the Roosevelt Rough Riders celebrate their homecoming, by joining in their spirit week. It's a Disney theme of "Once Upon a Homecoming".
