LET’s CAT-apult into the 23-24 School YEAR!!
Mark your calendars and plan to attend the Edison CAT-apult Day- Aug 21 3:00pm-7:00pm at Edison MS. PRIOR to attending, you should complete the ANNUAL ONLINE REGISTRATION. Completing this prior to attending will save you time!
What to expect on CAT-apult Day…
- Students will receive their schedule for the 23-24 school year.
- Meet teachers and learn about your child’s classes!
- Find your child’s locker and walk their schedule– explore the building!
- Check out the stations in the gym– Chromebook Insurance, Lunch Money, PTO/Spirit wear, YMCA After School Program, Yearbook, and Club Information. (No Pictures– we will do these during the school year)
CAT-apult Day activities are an open house format, however we have scheduled times below according to your last name. If your scheduled time doesn’t work, feel free to come to another time.
- 3:00-3:45pm LAST NAME A-F
- 4:00pm-4:45pm LAST NAME G-L
- 5:00-5:45pm LAST NAME M-R
- 6:00pm-6:45pm LAST NAME S-Z
There are a number of things you can do prior to attending CAT-apult Day on August 21. This will save you time and avoid standing in lines waiting to complete the back to school to do items.
Items TO DO:
- Complete SFSD annual registration on Infinite Campus Parent Portal– this must be done before you will be allowed to get your student’s schedule.
- Chromebook insurance– Chromebook insurance is offered on a year-to-year basis. Prior to Sep 30 the cost is $30. After Sep 30 the cost is $50. Purchase ahead of time on the SFSD Parent Portal.
- Lunch Money– The cost of lunch for the 23-24 school year is $3.25. Add money to your student’s account on My School Bucks AND/OR complete a free/reduced lunch application.
