Thank you for the support of our Chick-fil-A Community Cares Night! We were able to raise $200 made from 25% of orders that evening! Thank you to all who came out to support and to Chick-fil-A for hosting this fundraiser. Thanks to the Dachtler family for organizing this event.

The third through fifth ULE (gifted education) students held a Food Truck Festival. They planned, designed, and presented their food trucks and menus. Students got a chance to order and get a sample of their menu. They used real-life math throughout the unit! Everything turned out great! Awesome project, Mrs. Robinson! So fun!

3rd through 5th grade students got to hear the musical talents of some of the members of the SD Symphony on Friday morning! They learned about each instrument and got to ask them questions at the end! Thank you for the show!

Third graders visited residents at Dow Rummel and played card games, did puzzles, and interacted with them. We always enjoy visiting them! They liked our leprechaun decor we put on their doors too.

It is Read Across America Week! To celebrate, we will have a theme each day and a fun dress-up day tied in! Students, volunteers, and staff are encouraged to join in the fun! Reading is fun, our super-power, love, and a lifelong!

Last chance for the Book Fair on Mar 2 from 12:30-7:00pm. It will run online as well until March 5th.
Do you have family that lives out of town and would love to help your child get a new book at the book fair? You can create an eWallet and then send it to family who can add money onto the wallet for your child to spend at the book fair! How cool is that? Use the link in the comments to view our schools book fair page, see what books will be available and set up your eWallet!
Once set up it will take you to a page to fund your ewallet. You do not have to add anything to it if you do not want to. You can click share to send the link to family and friends. You can view your eWallet in your scholastics account under eWallets.
