On Thursday, January 29th, four WHS students joined JAG students from across the state in Pierre for Part II of our statewide project-based learning experience, Capitol Conversations!

Our Sioux Falls students had the incredible opportunity to receive a private Capitol tour from Public Utilities Commissioner Kristie Fiegen, observe committee meetings in action, learn about the State Supreme Court, and meet Governor Rhoden and Lt. Governor Venhuizen.

It was a powerful day of hands-on learning, civic engagement, and leadership development.
