This year, Roosevelt will be highlighting all the amazing clubs that make our school community so special! We’ll be posting multiple times a week to showcase the incredible opportunities available to our students.

First up — the Indigenous Student Union (ISU)! 🪶
ISU meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday alongside the RHS Drum Group. Together, they plan, organize, and lead events that celebrate and support Native American students and culture — including tutoring, cultural outreach, Native American Day, Heritage Month, the Native American Parade, and RHS school events.

Big thanks to our local Scheels Gives Back Program for their generous donation to Roosevelt's JAG (Jobs for America's Graduates) program! Your supports helps our students grow, learn, and reach new goals every day. With the help of the Scheels Gives Back Program, students will be provided with different learning opportunities throughout the school year! Thank you again! #ScheelsGivesBack

🌟 Congratulations to our October Students of the Month! 🌟

These Riders have gone above and beyond, showing what it truly means to be leaders inside and outside the classroom. We’re so proud of the way they represent Roosevelt with excellence, integrity, and Rider Pride! Way to go riders!!

Roosevelt’s AFJROTC volunteered at Feeding South Dakota last night where they passed out food boxes and groceries to over a hundred families in our local community! They had a great time and it is an amazing feeling knowing you are helping those in our area! Way to go AFJROTC! ♥️

Roosevelt’s own Brooklyn Rose proudly represented RHS this month as our Kiwanis Student Representative. Each week, students from six local high schools join Kiwanis meetings, and Brooklyn used her time to speak about the power of Unified Sports and how it brings our community together by living our motto:

Student Leadership had a Zoom visit with Northwestern Mutual's Managing Director, Logan Dosch, from Fargo, ND. Logan is currently a financial advisor at the Fargo branch and has been involved in leadership roles since his time as a college athlete at Northern State University. Logan discussed leadership attributes and how leadership skills can be developed regardless of age. "Honesty within the realms of leading people is kind." Thanks, Logan!
