Congratulations to Mrs. Radway and Mrs. Bucknell for receiving Public School Proud grants! Thanks to their efforts, the kiddos at Lowell will enjoy engaging books and sensory room materials!

First grade had a blast going to the Brookings Children's Museum!

The stats are troubling-47% of SFSD students qualify for free/reduced lunches. Their family's income is not enough to make ends meet. That makes it difficult to support school fundraisers. Operation Hope & Caring helps! Get your tickets to the SF STORM game to support schools!

Does your child have conflict resolution skills to solve everyday problems? Join us Tues, April 18 at 6pm to hear from SFSD & Avera Behavioral Health in this month's Family Forum Series segment. Watch for the link in your email. It's practical advice to strengthen families.

With the nice weather last week, K01 earned a chalk party! Look at those smiles! 😁

301 was proud to share all they learned about animals! What creative final presentations!

Well done, 2nd graders and Mrs. Tiedeman! The Pajama Party concert was a hit!! 🎶

The School Board has voted to move the last day of student classes to Friday, May 26, 2023 - requiring students to make up two of the five days missed due to weather. Staff will report through Friday, June 2, 2023.

Keep making good choices, Bulldogs! ❤️🐾

We have the best!! 📚❤️

K01 is having fun learning about The Three Billy Goats Gruff and then playing Race to the Treasure, building a bridge, and re-enacting the story with puppets!

Thank you to our wonderful OT!!

Wow! Look at the third grade library filling up with finished books! 📚❤️

A big THANK YOU to Promising Futures for giving a book to every 1st - 5th grade kiddo! 📚🥰

We have our Spring Shelfie Champions! Congrats 502!
Not only did they earn the most points, but they now hold the school Shelfie Challenge record of finding 85 books in 10 minutes. The previous record was 60; they blew that out of the water!! Way to go 502! 📚

So many Bulldogs to celebrate!! 👏❤️🐾

Everyone loves Bob-O!!

SFSD would like to give a huge shout-out to our partners at Delta Dental who visit schools to complete much-needed dental work for eligible students! Cleanings, cavities, and root canals are all done in the mobile bus, so students don’t have to miss school for an appointment! You put a smile on our faces, Delta Dental! Thank you!

Golden Moments! 👏❤️🐾
