Students must attend one of these locations during the school day to be able to participate in the after-school program.

Exception: If a student attends a Sioux Falls School District Specialized School but one of the above schools is your Home Attendance Center, you may attend the CLC program in your Home Attendance Center.
But please note: transportation will NOT be provided.

There are school run clubs and activities at all Middle Schools, talk to your school to get involved! We also recommend the Afterschool Teen programs at the Boys & Girls Club (BGC) Empower Campus.  BGC offers transportation from Edison, Memorial and Patrick Henry afterschool to their location. The teen program is open until 8:00 pm, with snack and supper provided. Students will have many opportunities to experience enrichment activities with Boys and Girls Club!

Middle School CLC is very affordable! The cost to families is only $30/week to participate in ALL of the clubs and activities provided, plus receive daily snacks and supervision!

• There is NO COST to participate at McGovern, thanks to generous grants and programs provided through the Boys and Girls Club and the United Way!

• If your family qualifies for Free or Reduced Lunch, your participation fee will be waived, so you can participate in Middle School CLC at no charge to families!

• An Additional Annual Processing Fee: $20 per child is charged once, for processing your application. (Assistance is available if you are unable to pay this fee.)

• Tuition Payment is charged every other week, so $60 bi-weekly for those paying full tuition.

*Students at Ben Reifel & Whittier can register for additional care past 6:00 pm by signing up for the Boys and Girls club off-site. They will pick students up from their school at 6:00 pm and transport to the Empower Campus, at 2001 E. 8th Street, which stays open until 8:00 pm & provides supper.
