Attendance is one of the TOP priorities at Cleveland Elementary. To acknowledge students who are on time and at school each week, we have begun Cubs Count again this year.
Each Friday morning, students write their name on a slip of paper if they were present that whole week and on time each day. Ms. Stefani and Mrs. Bosch then randomly draw a name from each classroom. During lunch, we announce the winners in front of their classmates, give a cheer for them and award them with a prize. Students always look forward to seeing if their name will be called.
