The Sioux Falls School District maintains a firm policy prohibiting unlawful discrimination, harassment, and bullying behaviors. Mistreatment by any person which creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive educational environment will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
The District will investigate all reports of harassment/discrimination and will discipline or take appropriate action against any student or other school personnel who is found to have violated the Harassment and/or Discrimination Policy and Regulation (see below).
If you are a student in the Sioux Falls School District and believe that another student or a District staff member has engaged in conduct involving unlawful discrimination, harassment, or bullying behaviors, please click on the “Student” link on the left and complete the Complaint Investigation Form - Student.
