What do you do if you have a concern?

Your first step should be to contact the school principal, or other program administrator to report your concern. If your complaint regards the administrator, please call the Instructional Planning Center at (605) 367-7900 to report your concern.

Student

Discrimination/Harassment/Bullying

  • Report immediately to the principal, program supervisor, or Civil Rights Officer (605) 367-4670

Staff

Discrimination/Harassment/Bulling

  • Report immediately to the principal, program supervisor, or Civil Rights Officer (605) 367-4670

Code of Conduct or other policy violation

  • Report to immediate supervisor, or Senior Director of Human Resources at (605) 367-7944

Negotiated Agreement Grievance

  • Refer to grievance process in the applicable negotiated Agreement

Member of the Public

Persons wishing to submit official complaints or concerns relating to the School District, its policies, personnel, programs, or instructional materials should begin at the level closest to the source of the complaint.
