Food Services Records and Reports
The Sioux Falls School District shall participate in the National School Lunch Program and shall cooperate with the Child and Adult Nutrition Services-Department of Education in Pierre, South Dakota to provide free and reduced lunches to economically deprived children. The District shall not publish, post or announce in any manner the names of children eligible for participation in the free and reduced lunch program.
The food service department of the District shall provide mid-morning snacks for all children attending the Title I ESEA (Head Start) preschool program for educationally or economically deprived children.
The District will not publish, post or announce in any manner the names of children eligible for Title I ESEA (Head Start).
The supervisor of the food service program, under the direction of the comptroller, shall submit any and all documentation to Child and Adult Nutrition Services-Department of Education and to the federal government as required.
