Registration Guidelines

Registering

All registrations must be accompanied by the appropriate fee before registration is final. Our instructors cannot collect registration forms or money in class.

Register in Advance

Early registration is encouraged as classes fill on a first-come, first-served basis. Registrations are to be completed five days prior to the starting date of each class. You will be notified if Community Education cancels the class.

Cancellations

If classes are filled or canceled, you will be notified by phone or mail and your payment will be returned. Community Education reserves the right to cancel any class if there is insufficient enrollment. If you need information on the status of your class, please call us at 367-7999.

Refunds

Refunds are given only if Community Education cancels the class. Driver Education classes have a $50 non-refundable cancellation fee.

Emergency Cancellations

In questionable weather conditions, listen for class cancellations on local radio and television stations. Participants will not be called individually. Canceled sessions will be made up.

Unable to Attend?

If you are unable to attend a class as planned, you must call the Community Education office at least 72 hours prior to your first class meeting (four weeks notice for trips, please). With 72 hours notice we will be happy to transfer you to another available class or apply a full class credit to your Community Ed account to use toward another Community Ed class.

Class credits expire after one year and cannot be redeemed for cash.
