Within the Sioux Falls School District, negotiation issues are governed by each bargaining unit's working agreement with the District, pursuant to Personnel Policy GB.
The following list contains Sioux Falls School District policies and regulations adopted by the School Board. If a policy/regulation applies to Southeast Technical Institute as well as the Sioux Falls School District, Southeast Technical Institute will appear in the header on the first page.
Policies are written statements which express the will and intent of the Board with regard to operation of the District and the schools therein.
Regulations, when needed, contain more detailed directions that are developed to assist in putting policies into practice. Not all policies require a regulation.
