In Korean, 'tae' means to strike or break with foot, 'kwon' means to strike or break with fist, and 'do' means way, method, or path. Thus, taekwondo is translated as "the way of the hand and the foot." Get started or enhance your skills, techniques, and traditions of taekwondo as you progress through the belt levels with 5th degree black belt Master Troy Vink while incorporating self-defense, discipline, confidence, and respect for others! Ages 5 and up.
Spring session is January 9th through May 31st, but start anytime!
