As a District, we are always proud of the numerous, outstanding accomplishments of our students and staff. And while we never tire of sharing those accomplishments with you, it is nevertheless extremely fulfilling when we are recognized nationally for our excellence.
 If you follow the link, you will find the Newsweek list of top high schools in the United States in 2010. If you search South Dakota, you will find three: Lincoln High School, Roosevelt High School and Washington High School. All three  Sioux Falls Public High Schools ranked within the top 1,600 schools, or the top 6%, in the nation.
 That kind of recognition speaks for itself.
